Sea Sisters British Tinned Fish

British fish, conserved in Dorset.

Sea Sisters are British conservers making small-batch tinned fish and seafood from their craft cannery in Bridport, West Dorset.

We stock Sea Sisters because these are tins that genuinely earn their place in the pantry: beautifully sourced British fish, full of flavour and ready to turn toast, potatoes, rice or a few good snacks into dinner.

Our selection includes favourites such as Cornish sardines, smoked rainbow trout, rainbow trout with chilli oil and Cornish hake, alongside seasonal tins as they become available.

Meet the conservers

Sea Sisters began during lockdown, when founders Charlotte and Angus started asking why so much of the tinned fish they loved was being made elsewhere when Britain has such brilliant fish and seafood of its own.

What started with experiments in a Hackney kitchen grew into a dedicated craft cannery in Dorset. Today they preserve British fish and seafood in small batches, working with seasonality rather than expecting every species to be available all year round.

Why Sea Sisters has a place in our pantry

The tinned-fish world has become a crowded one. Pretty packaging is easy to find. What matters to us is what happens when you actually open the tin.

Sea Sisters makes the kind of food Peak & The Pantry is built around: great ingredients that make getting something good on the table easier.

Cornish sardines with toast and tomatoes. Smoked rainbow trout with warm potatoes and pickles. Trout with chilli oil over rice or noodles. Cornish hake with beans, bread and something sharp.

Or open a few tins, add crisps, bread, pickles and something cold to drink and call it supper.

Good food. Very little faff.
