Contract Formation

A contract between you (the "Customer") and Peak & The Pantry is formed when we accept your order. You will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Products

We sell food, pantry goods, gifts and homeware. All products are subject to availability.

Due to the nature of some products, packaging, ingredients and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

Allergens

Product ingredients and allergen information are provided by the manufacturer or producer and are shown on individual product pages wherever available.

Whilst we take every care to ensure this information is accurate, manufacturers may change ingredients, recipes or packaging without notice. We therefore recommend that customers always read the product label before consumption and do not rely solely on the information provided on our website.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary concern, please contact us before placing your order.

Whilst we take great care when handling products, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address supplied.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible by emailing kelly@peakandthepantry.co.uk.

Please include your order number together with photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We may also request batch numbers or best-before dates to help investigate.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, branding and logos, is the property of Peak & The Pantry unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak & The Pantry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
