The Story Behind Peak and The Pantry
I grew up surrounded by three generations of strong women who could create incredible meals from whatever was available in their pantries. Watching my great-grandmother and grandmother work their magic in the kitchen instilled in me a deep love of cooking and a respect for not wasting anything.
After spending over a decade in the luxury brand sector, I jumped at the chance to work with a food brand. As a Director at Cool Chile Company, I had the opportunity to bring Mexican flavours to the UK, and I continued working with them for another ten years.
When family challenges arose, I decided to care for my loved ones, eventually moving in with my grandmother during the pandemic. This period led me to create Peak and The Pantry, an upscale online shop offering hard-to-find ingredients and artisan foods, inspired by my great-grandmother’s pantry.
Committed to sustainability and supporting female-founded businesses, my venture combines quality ingredients with a premium shopping experience. I also shares my expertise through cookery classes, bespoke themed parties, and corporate events, continuing the tradition of creating exceptional meals from what’s available, just as the women in my life did.

“Peak and The Pantry" is a name that reflects both my heritage and the values I hold dear. "Peak" represents my last name and symbolizes the high standards of quality and excellence I strive for in my brand. "The Pantry" pays homage to the well-stocked kitchens of my great-grandmother and grandmother, where simple ingredients were transformed into extraordinary meals. Together, the name embodies my commitment to offering the finest ingredients while honouring the traditions of resourcefulness and creativity passed down through generations.
