To place an order with Peak And The Pantry, you must provide your name, billing address, phone number and email address, the billing address is required for online payments to be processed. Your phone number and email address are required to be able to make contact in the event of any changes to your order or delivery.

Peak And The Pantry does not use or disclose any personal information without your explicit consent. You may, at any time, request to see the information we are holding of yours and you have the right to have the data deleted on request. Do you keep my credit/debit cards on file

We do not keep any records of your credit/debit card details within our organisation in any form, either written, electronically or in a database. Once you enter your card details online, the transaction is processed via our payment processer and no payment details are recorded by us.

When you place an order with us over the telephone, your credit/debit card details are processed and entered directly into our world pay system and there is no record of your financial details retained by our organisation.

How Long do we keep your details on file

We hold your details on file for as long as legally required.

What can you do to help protect your data

Peak And The Pantry will never ask you to send your bank details or credit card detail via an email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Peak And The Pantry and requesting any of your personal data, please do not respond.
