Ingredients:
1 wheel of Camembert cheese, in its wooden box
2-3 tbsp Scotch Bonnet Jam (or your favorite spicy-sweet jam)
2 tbsp pecans, roughly chopped
2 tbsp dried cranberries, roughly chopped
Crackers or bread, for serving
Instructions:
Toast the Pecans
Place the chopped pecans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 3-4 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even toasting. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Camembert
Carefully cut the Camembert wheel horizontally through the middle, creating two halves. Spread a generous layer of Scotch Bonnet Jam on the bottom half, then place the top half back on, sandwiching the jam in between and put back in the box.
Air Fry the Camembert
Place the Camembert in the air fryer basket at 180°C (350°F). Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
After air frying, sprinkle the toasted pecans and cranberries on top of the cheese.
