Hainanese Chicken Rice | Bone Broth | Chilli Sauce

Hainanese chicken rice is a popular dish that originated in Hainan, a province in China, but has become a beloved dish in many Southeast Asian countries, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia. It consists of poached or steamed chicken served with fragrant rice and accompanied by various condiments.

This is more of put together dish rather than a recipe and a play of Hainanese chicken.

I like to cook a larger chicken on a Sunday, making Mondays dinner that bit easier. I take left over chicken and serve it with rice, Freja Chicken Bone Broth, Burnt Chilli Sauce and cucumber with a super simple supper.
