Ingredients
16 @coolchileco mini tostadas
180g cream cheese
1 unwaxed lemon
XI tin @seasistersuk Sisters Smoked Rainbow Trout
3 tbsp of Perello capers, rinsed
dill fronds to garnish
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the lemon zest of 1 lemon and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top the tostadas with 2 tsp of cheese mix per tostadas and top with smoked trout, capers and dill fronds
