The chocolate in our kits comes from single-origin cacao beans sourced from Huila, Colombia.

The distinctive flavour profile originates from the very seed, influenced by factors such as the local climate, soil composition, cultivation region, and the farmers’ meticulous land and crop management.

Their commitment to every stage of chocolate production, from bean to bar, is a labour of love, executed with skill and a keen focus on benefiting the farmers, their communities, and the environment right at the source.

Just 8% of the world’s cacao bean harvest are honoured with the prestigious Cacao Fino de Aroma label, and these are the only beans our supplier use.

As a family owned Colombian company, our supplier is committed to giving local farmers a fair deal and investing in their local community.
